Mushroom Salad


Mushrooms – 1 bowl chopped

Onion – 1 finely chopped

Tomato – 1 finely chopped

Capsicum- 1/2 chopped

water – 2 tblspn

vinegar or lemon juice – 1/2 tspn

Pepper powder – 1/4 tspn

salt to taste

Method :

1. In a pan add two tblspn of water, chopped mushrooms,and capsicum it. Add little salt to it and boil for just two to three minutes, both mushrooms and capsicum will get cooked soon.

2. In a bowl add boiled mushrooms and capsicum, add finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomato , vinegar, pepper powder, salt and mix well.

3. Now healthy tasty mushroom salad is ready. It’s a healthy salad for those who are dieting.
