Masala Egg Bhurji


Eggs – 3

Onion – 1/2 finely chopped

Tomatoes – 1 finely chopped

salt to taste

Green Chilly – 2 chopped

Chilly powder – 1/2  tspn

Garam Masala – 1/2 tspn

Jeera powder – 1/4

Ginger – 1/4 tspn minced

Garlic -1/4 tspn minced

oil -2 tblspn

coriander leaves for garnishing

Method :

1. Heat the pan , add one tblspn of oil , Break three eggs and add to the pan. For seasoning add salt , chilly powder and lightly toast after a minute to make big pieces of egg and set aside.

2. Add oil to the pan, ginger, garlic, green chillies, onion and sauté Until it turns golden colour.

3.  Add tomatoes, jeera powder, Garam Masala, chilly powder, salt and sauté till it gets  cooked.

4. Add cooked eggs to it and sauté for a minute. Finally garnish it with coriander leaves and serve as a side dish for chappathi.
