Salt as required
Chilly powder – 1 tspn
Cinnamon stick-1 inch
Garlic-5 to 6 chopped
Turmeric powder-1/4 tspn
Pepper powder-1 tspn
1.Fry paneer with little salt on both sides in oil and saute for 2 minutes and set aside.
2.Again in a pan add oil,broccoli,chilly powder,salt and saute for 2 to 3 minutes and set aside.
3.In a pan add oil,cardamom,cinnamon stick,cloves,onion,ginger,garlic,green chillies,pepper powder,turmeric powder and chilly powder and saute till raw smells goes off.
4.Now transfer it to blender and grind it.
5.Transfer the ground masala to a pan and add water,once the masala gets cooked add fried paneer and fried broccoli.
6.Close the pan with lid simmer and cook for 10 minutes.Tasty yummy broccoli paneer masala is ready to enjoy.
